Pathetic Service from MTN

On 25 November 2020, I app**** with MTN for a 24 months contract on a MTN Black Friday 100GB 4G Mobile Router and to date I am yet to receive any feedback. Furthemore I having been calling their call centre for the longest time now but they also not helpful.
