Pathetic service from MTN

This is my second review of MTN within 2 weeks. I tried to cancel my contract once again. I emailed ICASA and the NCC as well as MTN complaints section. They said they will contact me within 24 hours. I haven't heard anything - what a shocker. This is not a difficult request. I'm so disgusted with their consultant's attitudes. Not willing to help you in store or over the phone. This is really pathetic.
