Pathetic service from MTN

I have been paying insurance on my 2 contract phones for years End of July I tried for the first time to claim after badly damaging my phone I filled in the forms, and send hundreds of mails answering their stupid questions Till today I have not had any resolution, not a call a mail or anything to say what is happening They are more then happy to add insurance to your contract and take your money but o boy are they useless when it comes to helping to get a simple claim sorted out Zelmari Jacobs ***
