Pathetic service from MTN

I have been a client of MTN for over 10 years and never had issues with then like I did in the last month. I have an open line contract where when my airtime is finished, I get charged for the extra usage. Last week I am on a call and the operator says I have no more airtime and the call cuts. I call the call centre (808) on Saturday the 5th of September 2015 and the consultant said she cant see why i am getting that error because I have an open line, she resets my sim card and says it will take at most 24 hours to update. The next day (Sunday), after 24 hours I still get the error, called again this past Monday, consultant then said she could see the issue and resolved it and will once again take about 24 hours to update. On Monday, I then had to buy airtime because I need my phone to make calls and for whatsapp. Today the 10th of September 2015, that airtime is finished and I am trying to make a call but get no airtime so am unable to.<br> Tell me MTN, how hard is it for you to get this right? You have inconvenienced me, I am concerned that I will need to make an urgent call and will be unable too, this is pathetic service for a loyal client.<br> PLEASE SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT!!!!!
