Pathetic Service from MTN

I canceled my contract with MTN around June due to *********** service. Today I bought data for my prepaid Cell C and MTN, money went out of my account and my Cell C data did reflect however MTN did not. I called the MTN call center and I was told to print out a statement and drive to an MTN store for my re-imbur*****t. Considering the current covid situation and the expenses I'll incur to get my data re loaded it got me thinking of porting my already prepaid number. MTN service seems to be deteriorating by the day. Very pathetic service indeed.
