Pathetic service from MTN.

I have never experienced such bad service in my life. I got called by MTN to upgrade and I took on the offer. I upgraded to a new phone and a pocket router. That was 3 weeks back and yet to receive the items. I am using a non MTN number but my wife uses an MTN number. They called her to arrange for a delivery and she gave them my number but they refused and said it is a 3rd party, but when they called me to upgrade it wasnt a 3rd party. I am not using an MTN number so l use my own airtime to call them and ask the progress of my upgrade and wasted so much money. A guy named Kerwin Nair is the one who called me to upgrade. when l send him mails he doesnt reply, he ignores me but when he asked for my id copy he rep**** on the mails. Now that I called the call center today and shouted he calls me and tells me the cellphone I chose is no longer available. Cancel all my contracts and i am done with MTN.
