Pathetic service from MTN

I have never come across such pathetic service ever, I had a contract back in 2016 , now I called on Friday wanting to settle my account, now its a mission to do so. I being tranfered from Pilar to post . I want to pay MTN whats due to them but seems I can't do so. Consultant I spoke to today every *********** put me on hold for 25 minutes , until I hang up .
