Pathetic Service from MTN

I last year moved over to new bank and emailed MTN about this Monthly they deducted with no issues at all

in september 2017 and march 2018 i asked mtn to list all accounts excluding 083 415...20 which they provided and payments been made and sent from *** and was told all in order

I have continued with normal procedure only to be phoned and said that i have been handed over

if this is your attitude MTN, im done with you guys then and ill gladly move over how can i upgrade if i have an outstanding account with MTN
