Pathetic service from MTN
<p>It is impossible to get through to MTN retensions, despite numerous calls. I get put through but no one ever answers, just ongoing music until even past 17:00. </p> <p>I have spoken to various people in the call Centre including managers, with no joy. </p> <p>Various requests to call me back also failed. </p> <p>Not sure how to cancel my contract as even the stores can't assist</p> <p>The service from MTN is pathetic so say the least </p> <p> </p>
