Pathetic service from MTN
MTN offers 30gig once off data for upgrades to select people. I've been waiting for a month for my data to be loaded, I have 6 reference numbers, 50 calls, know all the agents including the manager (Ahmed) from retentions. Absolutely useless! Not a single person in all of MTN knows how their system works and apparently I'm not the only one having this problem!

I was at the MTN store to cancel the contract yesterday and they also asked me to give them another 24hrs - still nothing!
I totally understand now why these responses are done privately, I'll be embarrassed as well! Nevertheless, I've reversed my debit order pending a resolution on this matter and I'm also on my way back to the store to return the unit I took on the upgrade.
So, in short, thanks but again, another unfulfilled promise.

So here we are again - it's October and still problems with this useless provider! Same contract, same provider, different excuse! They fix one problem only to reveal more problems - I get provisioned 30G data from the 11th of the month to the 10th of the following month but the data isn't available! The 'technical' problem is solved two weeks later but the provisioning dates remain and as a result I get *****ed for 9G of unused data by the 10th. I complain - again - and some genius at the investigations department closes t the compliant by saying the Data was allocated to the customer as requested! WOW
Then, MTN in all their wisdom, move my provisioning dates from the 11th to the 27th of the month - today is 12th and still I do not have DATA!
Now MTN can shove that contract where they grow their marijuana - I've had enough!
