Pathetic service from MTN

MTN is the worst service provider where the wrong billing errors are made and when the client phones in, we are told the request has been sitting with the banking department. Have to wait for almost 1 month to have them resolve and rectify the matter they have made. I am so frustrated with this company where there is no regard for clients struggle. MTN is far more pathetic than any other cellular company.
