Pathetic service from MTN

Poor service by MTN customer care. Cancelled my contract a week back after waiting 4 x 30 mins on the line, promised it will be done within 24 hours. It is now 1 week later and my contract is still active. Covid and working from home is a poor cover up for pathetic service.
