Pathetic *********** service from MTN!

MTN is pathetic with service. I cancelled the router in June, after having it for 2 hours. Took me 6 days to go to their shops for someone to help me. Now after being cancelled for 2 months, they debit my account. There are NO competent people that can assist with this. I will never recommend MTN to anyone!
