Pathetic Service from MTN

Mtn introduced data share so that one can share data between phones and not loose any remaining data. I was data sharing from one phone to the other however i received an sms whilst still data sharing that i used 498mb of data and i will be charged R498 for this. I have been phoning thier customer care centre since 18 November 2015 and have just been given a number of reference numbers and being told that someone will get back to me. This has never transpired. However, MTN has taken it upon themselves to add the amount to my monthly contract amount. <br> <br> Each time i phone in have to explain the situation to someone new and explain the situation again. Even spoke to a supervisor who promised that someone will get back to me. Lodged a complaint on their webite and still no response.<br> <br> Absolutely shocking service. I have been a customer since 1999 and think its about time to change service providers if this is how MTN values customer loyalty.
