Pathetic service from Mtn

I have made over 16 calls regarding the same issue I am having with MTN mesaging service that repeats the same message over and over again from last year every time I speak to a call centre assistant I receive poor advise or simply get hung up on or put on hold endlessly, to to the message constantly coming through my phone is unable to turn its screen off which is draining the battery and over heating the device I need assistance on this matter ASAP before my device is damaged <br>
