PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN!!!!! I have been a customer since last year,my bank account had *****ulant activity so i started paying via EFT.MTN has never updated my payments even after emailing them multiple times.Their social media complaints line is even worse.Sunday Nkosi is much more unhelpful.My payments are up to date yet they still say i owe them.They have reported me to the credit bereau by lying that i never paid for 3 months!!!!!No1 shoulld use MTN.Telkom is best!!!
