Pathetic service from mtn

Mtn is being bull****ing me that they are offering covid relief called the call centre plenty times they seem to just give me **** email address to email them I explained to them that I have already app**** on the link yet they still ask me to apply again what madness is this I am very frustrated as a customer this is pathetic dont lie to the customers when you actually not really doing nothing to help them during this time..I even thought I missed something out and tried to re apply again and the system picked up I have already app**** I have screenshoted this so if it shows me I have already app**** why cant these people see this they busy bull****ting customers me being a customer for 6 years and to get this in return very disappointing---
