Pathetic service from Mondo rewards and DSV

The services received from DSV and MTN Mondo was pathetic, Rewards were awarded since the 1st application was done in October till ate still no parcel was delivered. Ten they came back with the issue of surname which i requested them to change my surname to the current one because its 5 years divorce but they still have the wrong surname. its the 27/01/2022 we are still beating about the bush with the delivery. its like more than 3 months still not getting the best services . DSV was the worst in delivery the goods. if no good delivery by tomorrow I'm going to cancel this parcel and deal with people who ready to appreciate their customers
