Pathetic service from everyone

<p>I currently have multiple MTN lines and logged a call to say that my network is terrible and cant receive calls or use my data , I current forego alot of data due to the network issues and FROM THE TIME I HAVE LOGGED THE QUERY NOTHING WAS DONE this is pathetic as it is 3 weeks now and no response and when i floowed up they said the ENEGINEERS are working on it , but they have done nothing , This is really disgusting at how issues are handled for customers , Agent are useless management doesnt even know policy its scary , Engineers send messages that the network is fine but nothing has been done </p>
