Pathetic service from Andile Mkhize

I have just received a call from MTN spoke to Andile Mkhize. He advised me that my number is registered for sim swap and I told him that I did not send a request for a sim swap. I am failing to understand why should we RICA if honestly we will get calls like this from MTN one of the cellular networks provides. He called from ***. He advised me that my number will be given to this lady. I must therefore go to the police station. What the **** why am I supposed to go there as I have rica'ed my number. What kind of service is this
