Pathetic service for a paid up letter

Pathetic service. I have been chased up 3 times a day for the longest time around a balance that I settled. Now when I'm trying to get a paid up letter I can't even get the phone answered. When they do answer they keep dropping the damn call!! Honestly pathetic service! I am still trying to get someone to help me with a paid up letter. 3 weeks has passed.
