Pathetic service

So sick of the pathetic service of MTN! MTN is very quick to fone when its time for upgrades but takes months to cancel a contract..... after numerous emails calls and instore visits I still cannot get the contracts cancelled! Instead you continue to deduct every month for the contracts that have already passed its 24month contract period. Get your act together and actually give a decent service. Weve been with MTN for almost 20 years already! If these contracts are not cancelled with IMMEDIATE effect then be prepared for all media platforms, hello peter and the ombudsman.i have emailed proof stating the cancellation requests!
