Pathetic Service

An agent called to me regarding a contract and he gave me false information , he said the contract consist of two handset and he went and registered two contract on my name with my permission in order for him to gain two sales, pathetic ! that is pure *****ery! and the next thing you cant even report the matter to anyone , MTN client services is sending pillar to post . very disappointing for such a big brand .
