Pathetic service

I went to an mtn store at Eastgate mall and I was assisted by a lady by name Popie after receiving an sms that my number will be disconnected from the mtn network on 9th February. She said to me the number will be on prepaid. Surprisingly on the 9th Feb4i woke up to my number being disconnected. I went back to her and she did a few things and told me that I should give my number 2-24 hours and it should be working again. She asked for my numbers and said she would call me the follow day to check if my number was fine. She never did that. I went back to the store and only then she checked her emails to check for any response and she forwarded an email to someone who needs to deal with this. She asked me to take her number and let her know if my number is still not working. I did that yes and I got no response from her. Today again my number is still not working. For heaven sake it's been the whole damn week with my number not working.
