PATHETIC SERVICE

This is the 2nd time coming to this store specifically the Canal walk branch the staff is very ***********, walked in the guy was on the phone his name is KHAYALETHU MLOZANA he told us to wait someone will assist us and continued with the phone call and giggling for a good 30 minutes we were sitting there some customers even left. After he was done with the call that is only when he called to assist us . This is very pathetic and unprofessional service it is really not acceptable people should do the jobs I hope MTN really do something regarding specifically the CANAL WALK CAPE TOWN BRANCH MTN.
