Pathetic service

This is the worst company ever, I was on contract for so many years with Mtn. However, after I got retrenched I communicated with them asked them. How do I cancel my contract, fine some guy in Promenade assisted me. I contacted Mtn and they confirmed how much I need to pay. I paid it and got the confirmation that I'm now on prepaid. Fast forward, January got an sms advising that I need to pay my bill. WHAT BILL?? Fine, I reversed the debit order, February again they tried debiting and that's when I complained to them and I've been sent from pillar to post. And they keep debiting and I keep reversing. I don't OWE YOU.. And the last person I spoke with was CHARLENE NAIDOO and she promised to give me a call.. Did she ever?? Nooo.. I guess she choked on the lies she was told.

This is the same reason my daughter stopped using Mtn and I thought she was crazy.

Sort this out before I take this further.
