Pathetic service ever (Mtn store)

On the 2022 my girlfriend took contract phone at Shelly center mtn store, they make alot of mistakes and they failed to fix it those mistakes end up costing us alot, people was doing service it was Noku & Simon.

This year this month we went to mtn store same branch for upgrade 2 new phone it a great deal of course, everything went smoothly then later on when we home trying to use phone both phones are not RICA'd the guy was assisting us we been calling him & store still they don't helping us, this time it Sizwe. I believe whoever is training staff also need to be trained again, honestly we cannot afford this madness service all the time.
