PATHETIC SERVICE EVER

This has been the worst service I have ever received in my entire life!! I have taken out a contract from Mtn and added cellphone insurance also with it. The adverti*****t was R499 for an apple iPhone 16E, yet i paid R1450 the second month of my contract...apparently there is another lady connected to my contract number and now i am paying for her insurance also!! They cannot even find this lady because her number is the same as my number now i am struggling to get my refund back
