the incompetence of the agents @173 MTN SA is shocking to say the least, it's just pathetic and distasteful

24 Jan 2022, 17:01I made a sim swap yesterday it failed to be activated ,called the call center and was advised that it will be made again I am still waiting till now this is totally unacceptable and pathetic
