Pathetic service

I'm having another problem here. On the 21st May I delinked my number ***) under the data share bucket ***) because my number had too much available data and it normally expires so I wanted to use it before it expires. Now I'm struggling to link my number back to data share, I'm getting error messages and one of them is saying "Dual-subscribers are not allowed to use DataShare". I have escalated these matter to the complaints department and to date I haven't been assisted.
