Pathetic service

Most pathetic service out. In 2020 when they decided to change systems they somehow forgot to allocate the payment to my account. After going to the store and calling the call centre multiple times, i even drove to the head office with a 4 day old baby because they are so usless to try and see if they could assist me. Guess what the issue still hasnt been resolved 4 years Later.
