pathetic service
It has been a month or so now and with reference numbers piling up. Even emails. I am paying for a contract with no data being loaded onto my account. I have received no assistance from MTN with this ongoing issue. Take your money and cannot provide the goods.

05 Aug 2020, 21:57Its now the 05/08/2020 and as expected the 72hour resolution has not been expedited by MTN. I still have not been contacted by MTN. My fees have been paid every month and yet my contracted has not been fulfilled by MTN. I have been ****** off data for 7months and yet no calls or correspondence from them ???? to solve issues. Looks like the next step is to take it up legally.
