Pathetic service

I am growing slowly but surly fed up with the paretic service of MTN, I've paid my account months ago and sent through my proof of payment but my number remains off and my credit score is being affected by their sheer stupidity !! I will not be paying further until this is resolved. I have all the calls recorded and the stupid ticket no's that is being allocated to my problem but no one can resolve this ! Can someone call me to get this resolved once and for all
