Pathetic Service

MTN are you ever going to resolve my query, I even regret porting my number from Vodacom. I can not receive any calls, My phone was delivered on the 13th of October and today is the 11th of November with no service. What kind of service is this like really. I called again today and was told my case has been closed with no explanation. I still continue with no service. But at he end of the month the debit order will definitely go through. All our business are on hold due to this issue.
