PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel my WiFi router contract since December 2020. After numerous phone calls and call waiting I have not managed to even get through to the call centre. I’ve even sent 3 emails to customer care of which I have received an automated response with a reference number and till today no one has bothered to call me??? It is almost May 2021??? I am exetremely disappointed with your lack of customer service in fact it is PATHETIC. I need this matter resolved ASAP or I will be taking this to the Ombudsman
