My husband canceled the last contract with MTN last week Thursday at Sandton City MTN. I emailed and phoned to check if it was canceled because I need the credit and received the below message: Thank you for your email.

Your query has been handed over to our Banking Department and the reference number is:*** The Banking department has an extended turnaround time in query resolution. Please allow for 3 days for your query to be attended to. Once your query has been processed a consultant will contact you.
