I called MTN almost 1:30 minutes, I want the cancellation figures for two of my contacts and the consultants kept cutting my call and I kept calling and calling and calling until I spoke to Charlene who just hanged the phone on my ear and transferring me to another department without acknowledging me were I was transferred to. I only need the cancellation figures, is it too much to ask
