Pathetic service delivery

My father's cell phone was ****** about 2 - 3 months ago and when he went to block the phone at MTN they blocked my mother's phone instead of his phone. 3 Weeks after that my father's phone was still not blocked and my mother's phone was still blocked. Since then my mother went to MTN 8 times - 3 times in Ermelo and 5 times in Middelburg but her phone is still not working. She is paying her monthly contract but is unable to use the phone except for whatsapp!! Clearly the people working at the MTN shops does not have any idea how to assist the customers.
