Pathetic Service

My Dad had taken out a contract for himself and me a couple of years ago. During that time my Dad is a pensioner and fell ill. He could not go into the store to renew our contracts. He had called in to cancel. The contracts are still running on both numbers and debit orders being deducted with no upgraded phones. My Father is to a point where he is sick and cannot speak on the phone.
