Pathetic service

Rating 1 is too much for this team. They do not deserve a rating at all.They work in silos. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. My entire claim is a joke. I am communicating with both department on the same mail and yet one department requesting info from another department and treating me as a middle man. This is going on since September to date. It seems like this will never be resolved. Do not ever open a contract with MTN. Michelle *** still not resolved!
