Pathetic Service

MTN did me dirty. Worst service provider. My invoice came with double my contract amount. I'm expected to pay pro rata even if the contract is not new. I called on Thursday to fix the invoice error. Was told it takes 24 hours and guess what km still waiting. Pathetic service. I called again today to be told they didn't log the ticket properly. I would wait another 48 hours. Pathetic service MTN
