Pathetic service - complaint

Good day

I paid my account more than a week ago and it’s still not been allocated to my account. I can’t make calls. My line has been disconnected. I sent two emails to customer care ***. But have yet to receive a reply. I also sent a message on Facebook to no reply.

This is pathetic and shocking service. Please escalate to your complaints department.
