Pathetic service

Have been billed for thousands when I try to sort this out m being sent from pillar to post. Worse they have closed my line for their mistakes MTN wants us to pay for mistakes they have done this so pathetic. And they have customer service consultants that are not informative u will always get a different answer from them. MTN u have outdone yourself I will never ever I mean never
