Pathetic service.

Such pathetic service received from MTN. I logged a query a week ago, told that I was going to receive feedback in 24 hours - 48 hours have passed with no feedback received. I called MTN for them to tell me that the respond was loaded incorrectly by their *********** consultants. I spoke to a manager and was told I would receive feedback by Saturday - and still nothing!! Is this the way MTN treats their customers?? I am truly disgusted as this is not the first incident and issue I had with MTN.
