Pathetic service

I am disatisfied with the service i am currently getting from mtn. I have been trying to do a sim swap with no success, they keep telling me that the person who stole my phone is the one declining the sim swap on their side, how do you still send a notification on that phone cause I have sent numerous affidavits stating that I’m the rightful owner of that old number. I need someone to call me urgently.
