Pathetic service

MTN doesn't even deserve 1 star rating! They are pathetic!!! My husband who is sitting in Umhlanga for business got pick pocketed 30min ago. He called me (his WIFE) from the hotel to let me know what had happened and asked me to call MTN and block his sim... as he has no phone... I have the IMEI number of the phone, his ID no, his customer number and can give the call centre MY ID if need be! And the call center agent just says she can't help as he needs to call them! Its 1am in the morning! He has NO phone and his phone needs to get blocked as there is personal and sensitive information on there... YET HE needs to call... this is pathetic!!!
