Pathetic service

The service I have received has been POOR!

Last year October I cancelled my existing contract and paid the necessary amount. It's been almost over 8 months back and forth with you guys and your pathetic service as the problem hasn't been rectified on your side.

My account has been incorrectly handed over to NuDebt for money that I have already paid. I hope I don't have to take legal action because this has affected my credit score.

Fix this ASAP!
