Pathetic service built on empty promises

Take note : if you think online upgrading is faster than going to a shop think again. I upgraded online as I could not get around to going to a physical shop. What a disaster. Reason I upgraded was my old phone being really on its last legs and I do need reliable communication. MTN upgrades your contract and start deducting immediately but the phone delivery is another story.. 7-14 working days! How's that for fast? If I knew that I surely would not have gone this online route. Pathetic!
