Pathetic Service & Billed Incorrectly

Consistent pathetic service from MTN. Outstanding issue open for months but absolutely no resolution. Made NUMEROUS calls and raised many tickets with the call center/retentions dept/complaints dept and DIRECT emails to managers (in an attempt to escalate) but completely ignored.

Have not received a single response from MTN at all. The first ticket was raised back in February!!!!!
