Pathetic Service

Poor, pathetic service at MTN Ferndale on Republic. I app**** for a laptop contract on 14/08/2021 and the application was successful but the laptop was not available so the staff member assured me that they will order the laptop and call me on 17/08/2021 to collect the laptop. I called on the 17th and the lady confirmed that the laptop has been delivered and I can collect. I drive all the way from the east of Johannesburg to collect the laptop and I sign the contract documents only to find at the end that they are giving me the incorrect laptop and the laptop that I have app**** and SIGNED for is not in stock and they have no means of getting it. The staff members are *********** and their service is beyond pathetic. I will be applying for the contract for elsewhere.
